1. That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUMM
FIFTY (150) DOELARS, lawful money of the United States of America,
paid by second party to first parties, receipt whereof is hereby so-
knowledged, first parties hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto second party, the following:
A four (4) inch pipe line and a five (5)
inch pipe line constructed by the Southern Pacific
Railroad Company in the City of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, in accordance with the terms
of Ordinance No. 70 passed on September 61 1894
by the Hoard of Trustees of the City of San Luis
Obispo and situated within the limits of Haskins
Avenue and Leland Terrace between the intersection of
Haskins Avenue with the easterly line of the South-
ern Pacific Railroad Camp +s property and the
southerly prolongation of the easterly line of
Lot 15 Block 19 of the Buena Vista Addition to the
City of San Luis Obispo and comprising approximately
1150 lineal feet of 4 inch wrought iron pipe and
approximately 1150 lineal feet of 5 inch wrought
iron pipe.
2. Nothing herein contained, however, shall give or be
deemed to give second party, or the successors and assigns of second
party, any interest in the land upon which said pipe lines are
located.
IN WITMS WHEREOF, the said first parties have caused these
presents to be executed the day and year first hereinabove written.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN ASSIGNMENT FROM
SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND SOII_
TIFAN .PACIFIC .COMPANY.
BE.IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
That that certain assignment dated lurch 23, 1939, made and
executed by Southern Pacific Railroad Company and Southern Pacific
Company transferring and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo,
the following described property, to -wit:
A four (4) inch pipe line and a f:�ve (5) inch pipe
line constructed by the Southern Pacific Railroad Company -
in the City of .S-an Luis Obispo, State of California, in
accordance with the terms of Ordinance No. 70 passed on
September o, 1094 by the Board of Trustees of the City of
San Luis.Obispo.snd'situated within the limits of Haskins
Avenue and Leland Terrace between the intersection of
Haskins Avenue:'with the easterly line o.f the Southern.
Pacific Railroad Company's property and'the southerly.pro-
longation:of the easterly line of Lot 15 Block 19 of the
Buena Vista Addition . to the City; of..San Luis Obispo and
comprising .epprog aately 115d lineal feet of 4 inch
wrought iron pipe and approximately 1150 lineal feet of
5 inch wrought iron pipe,
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of San Luis Obispo;
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said assignment to
be recorded in the office of the County.Recorder of the City of San
Luis Obispo.
