The following items are required to be carried out by the owners of Parcels 3, 4, and 5 of
Parcel Map SLO 09 -0076 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map recorded in Book _7L4 of Parcel Maps Pages
— —7 in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
This information is recorded simultaneously with the final or parcel map and is for informational purposes,
describing conditions as of the date of filing, and is not intended to affect record title interest pursuant to
Section 66434.2 (a) of the California Government Code (SUBDIVISION MAP ACT).
The requirements are as follows:
1. Per Mitigation Measure MM AG -2 of the Final EIR approved by City Council on
September 1, 2009, as Resolution No. 10110 (2009 Series), Owners shall ensure
the provision of adequate amounts of irrigation water for agricultural production
on the proposed 10 -acne open space either through construction of an on -site
water well or ensuring provision of a long -term supply of irrigation water at
agricultural rates from other sources.
2. Prior to occupancy of any said parcel, Owners shall satisfy the agreed upon
mitigation, per Mitigation Measure MM AQ -3b of the Final EIR approved by
City Council on September 1, 2009, as Resolution No. 10110 (2009 Series).
