easement for public. street and utilities purposes over a portion of that certain property described in

Offer of Dedication
All that portion of Lot 4 of Tract 11, as shown on the Map filed in Book 5 of Maps at
page 30, in the Office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, also being a
portion of the land described in Document No. 2005 - 034152, in said Recorder's Office,
being in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
Being all that portion of said deed lying northeasterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said deed, being marked by a three quarter inch
iron pipe open; thence along the easterly line of said deed, being the westerly right of
way of Tassajara Drive North 01 °37'54" East, a distance of 132.27 feet to the True Paint
of Beginning; thence North 44 °22'55" West a distance of 19.42 feet, to a point in the
North line of said deed.
The above described land is graphically shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
