Being a portion of Lots 7 -9 in Block 14 of the Imperial Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California as shown on map recorded in
Book A of Maps, at Page 128 in the office of the County Recorder of said County, and a
portion of the abandoned portion of Humbert Avenue as shown on recorded Document
No. 2012oG5 -ToI in the office of said County Recorder; being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a brass pin in a standard monument well at the centerline intersection of
Lawrence Drive and Frederick Avenue as shown on Record of Survey recorded in Book
79 of Surveys, at Page 73 in the office of said County Recorder;
Thence, along the centerline of said Lawrence Drive South 59 000'56" West 300.04 feet
to a brass pin in a standard monument well at the centerline intersection of Lawrence
Drive and Victoria Avenue as shown on said Record of Survey Map;
Thence, along the centerline of said Victoria Avenue North 31 001'04" West 309.96 feet
to a rebar and plastic cap stamped L.S. 731.8 at the intersection of said Victoria
centerline and the southerly right of way line of Humbert Avenue as shown on said
