CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
Pursuant to Government Code Section 27281, this is to certify that the interest in
real property in San Luis Obispo, California conveyed by the attached Grant Deed dated
December 19, 2012, from the William Carroll Exemption Trust dated December 2, 2000
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation_, is hereby accepted by order of
the San Luis Obispo City Council pursuant to authority conferred at a. City Council
meeting held on December 18, 2012, approving the purchase and authorizing the
recordation of a Deed in the name of the City, and the Grantee consents by it duly
authorized officer.
