May 7, 1997, is a Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust(s) dated July 1, 2011, executed by
Stephen N. Dorsi, Trustee of the Roland S. Ball Revocable Trust u/t/d November 20, 1995,
Trustor, and recorded July 8, 2011 as Instrument Number(s) 2011 - 032458 of Official Records in
the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. The Deed of
Trust(s) encumber(s) the real property described in the attached offer. As the Beneficiary of said
Deed of Trust(s), the undersigned hereby consents (a) to the execution and recordation of the
attached Irrevocable & Perpetual Offer to Dedicate Street Right of Way, (b) to the execution and
recordation of an easement to the City of San Luis Obispo, if the offer is accepted by the City,
and (c) to subordinate the undersigned's interest in the real property to the Irrevocable &

Legal Description
A portion of Remainder Lot of Tract 2943, Phase 1, in,the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed in Book _33-1
Pages S2 through 481 , inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, described as follows;
A strip of land, 67.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at a 13/4 inch iron pipe with tag "LS3982" set at the northeast corner of
Parcel "A" of Parcel Map CO 78 -281 according to map filed June 18, 1979 in Book 28,
Page 28 of Parcel Maps, records of said County; thence
1) South 890 51'33" West along the southerly right -of -way line of Suburban Road
as shown on said Tract 2943, Phase 1, a distance of 385.05 feet to the northeast corner
of said Tract 2943, Phase 1; thence
2) South 890 51'33" West along the southerly right -of -way line of Suburban Road
as shown on said Tract 2943, Phase 1, a distance of 33.50 feet to the centerline of
Earthwood Lane as shown on said Tract 2943, Phase 1; thence
3) South 000 07'50" East, along said Earthwood. Lane centerline, parallel with and
