COVENANT TO IN TALL PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS UPON REQUEST OF CITY
WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly .-
known as MS 9.2 -039, and ,-'04MafP jv 640A� 5b P
WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a
temporary exception by the City Engineer from the requirement of
installing certain public improvements on said property conditioned
upon execution of a covenant by the property owner agreeing to
install said improvements at such time in :the.future as the city
may request same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission
to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements
consisting of:
Six -foot sidewalk adjacent to existing curb on Hind Road to
City standards and approval
the undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby
covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said
public improvement's without cost to City upon thirty (.30) days
written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that
t said improvements be•installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo,,County
D" of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as
follows:

(b) Any certificate of acknowledgment taken in another place shall be sufficient --in -this - state if, it is taken in
accordance with the laws of the place where the acknowledgement-is made.
(c) An acknowledgement provided prior to January 1, 1993 and conforming to applicable provisions of former _
Sections 1189, 1190, 1190a, 1190.1, and 1192, as repealed by Chapter 335 of the Statutes of 1990, shall
have the same force and effect as if those sections had not been repealed.
§ 1190.The certificate of acknowledgment of an instrument executed on behalf of an incorporated or unincorporated
entity by a duly authorized person in the form specified in Section 1189 shall be prima facia evidence that the
instrument is the duly authorized act of the entity named in the instrument and shall be conclusive evidence
thereof in favor of any good faith purchaser, lessee, or encumbrancer. "Duly authorized person," with respect
to a domestic or foreign corporation, includes the president, vice president, secretary, and assistant secretary
of the corporation.
