The following is agreed to be carried out by the subdivider and future owners of lot 38 of the
above subdivision per agreement of the subdivider and the City of San Luis Obispo and is
intended to run with the land.
The agreement is as follows:
Lot 38 of Tract 1750 Unit 4 San Luis Obispo shall be restricted to an approximately 3.5 feet high _
retaining wall with a open structured fence such as wrought iron a maximum of 4 feet high along
the rear property line adjoining Lot 88 of Tract 1376 Unit 1, Book 14, Page 77 of maps. (4543 �I
Wavertree; APN 053- 093 -10) Said fence shall not have vegetation secured to it or in any other
way further obscure visibility from said adjacent property.
