NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of- sidewalk and any necessary retaining walls across the property's street frontage, excluding that area improved with a driveway ramp (existing), the undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon thirty (30) days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. All that property described in Document No. 22535 recorded on April 29, 1988, in Volume 3137 at Page 208 of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. 3.
