VOL PACE 51 L1616 v- SLO-2- SLO- #66 Rt.Sta, 91 +90± to Sta. 93+50± Owner: State of California — — — — — — — — ' — DEED SNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through its Director of Public Works, does hereby release and quitclaim to the City of San Luis Obispo that portion of Lots 9, 11, and 13, in Block 6, of °Hathway's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo," in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, as said lots and block are delineated on a map filed October 18, 1887, in the office of the County Recorder, records of said County, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the parcels of land conveyed to the State of California by deed tecorded June 17, 1949, in Volume 525 of Official Records, at page 597, by deed recorded January 21, 1949, in Volume 503 of Official Records, at page 151 and by deed recorded April 40 1951 in Volume 604 of Official Records, at page 300, all records of said County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 9; thence (1), along the southerly ine of said Lot 9; N. 890 441 W,, 105.23 feet; thence (2') N. 450 16l E., 117.63 feet; thence (3) N. 480 409 E., 30.50 feet to a point on the easterly line of said Lot 13; thence (4) along the easterly line of said Lots 13, 11, and 9, S. 00 411 W., 103.43 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 5,548 square feet of land, more or less. EXCEPTING€ AND RESERVING unto the State of California any and all rights of ingress to or egress from the land herein quitclaimed over and across the above described courses numbered (2) and (3). It is the purpose of the foregoing exception and reservation to provide that no easement of access shall attach or be appurtenant to the property hereby quitclaimed by reason of the fact that the same abuts upon a State highway.
