Single Mobile Payment App
•8 Proposals Received (4 met minimum qualifications)
•Review Committee (early September 2024)
•Recommendation of selected vendor to City Manager for approval (mid September 2024)
•Rollout implementation (October – November 2024)
Parking Technology Roadmap
More updates on Parking Rate Study implementation will come to Council as part of the
Technology Roadmap on November 17, 2024, including:
•Gated Garage System
•Citation Issuance System
•Multi-Space Pay Stations
•Digital Permits

User and Impact Fee Prices Changing Oct. 1, 2024
Every year, we adjust fee amounts.
User fees will change on Oct. 1, 2024 for application fees, filing fees, business license fees, permit
fees, inspection fees, and more.
However, any fees increasing by 50% and
$10, will be phased in to ease overall impact:
•1st half of increase = Oct. 1, 2024
•2nd half of increase = July 1, 2025
Impact fees will be adjusted by the California
Consruction Cost Index on Oct. 1, 2024.
