In Slo County Recorded 12/03/1956. ,urn ,VL S DEED OF EASKIENT [ode, the undersigned Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAJ-1 LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, San Luis Obispo County, California, as Grantee, a perpetual easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate and remove a public sanitary sewer pipe line and.appurtenances in and across a parcel of land in Section 36, T. 30 S., R. 12 E., M.D.M., in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said easement to be ten (10) feet in width lying five (5) feet on either side of the following described center line: C0114ENCING at the Southwest corner of said Section 36 and running North 890 41' East along the South line of said Section 36 a distance of 305 feet more or less to the westerly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company Railroad; thence North 480 53' 21" I -lest along said westerly right of tray line of the Southern Pacific Company Railroad a distance of 111.57 feet to the true point of beginning of the center line to be herein described: RUNNING 1MNCE from said true point of beginning South 540 00' West a distance of 5.13 feet to a point; thence parallel to and 5' southwesterly of said westerly line of the Southern Pacific Company Railroad North 480 53' 21" I-lest a distance of 286 feet more or less to the westerly line of said Section 36. The Grantee shall, at its cost and expense, and without delay, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in :maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original condition as possible, including an equal distribution of surface earth, and shall save the Grantors, or any tenant of theirs, from any suits or daiages arising from and during the construction, or by reason of maintaining, repairing or operating said sanitary sewer or sewers therein.
