Police Log 240630089." Pursuant to Government Code section 7923.600, "Records of complaints to, or investigations conducted by...any state or local agency...." are exempt from disclosure. See also Haynie v Superior Court (2001)26 C.4th 1063. Any reporting calls, phone logs, dash camera footage, police body camera footage, all information relayed to RP &/or bartender, pertaining to this incident are all considered either a record of a complaint made to our department, or part of the investigation conducted by our department, and are therefore exempt from disclosure.
