REVIEWED FIRE PROTECTION PLANS SHALL MEET THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS PENDING PERMIT ISSUANCE:
1) Permit issuance is conditional upon the installation of a new
water meter service and associated underground piping as
noted per plans. The water meters should be installed in
accordance with City Engineering Standard No. 6210.
Conditions of installation will be subject to verification by
assigned Building Inspector.
2) Rough inspection and hydrostatic test required in accordance
with NFPA 13D.
3) Flow test required for the fire sprinklers located at Node
No. 14 & Node No. 15, located inside the second-floor
hydraulic design area. Conditions subject to field
verification by assigned Building Inspector.
4) Final Inspection Required. Approved plans shall be available
on-site for final inspection. Deviation from approved plans
will require permission from authority having jurisdiction.
