GRANT DEED
MAINO CONSTRUCTION C aIPANY, INCORPORATED, as Grantor, hereby grants to the
CI^tY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of its right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Block 152 of the Harford Addition to the City of San
Luis Obispo as shown on map filed for record in Licensed Surveyors
Maps Book 8, page 46, known as .Parker Street, and described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of High Street with
the east line of Higuera Street and running East along the south line
of High Street 149.86 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
from said true point of beginning South 7° 321 West along the west
line of Parker Street 371.47 feet to a point; thence South 0° 041 West
319.30 feet to a point; thence South 0° 011 East 210.07 feet to the
north line of South Street; thence South 89° 321 East 50.00 feet to
the east line of Parker Street; thence North 0° Olt West 210.45 feet
to a point; thence North 00 041 East 316.00 feet to a point; thence
North 7° 321 East 374.82 feet to the south line of high Street; thence
West 50.44 feet to the true point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused its name to be subscribed
this 26th day of June , 1958.
