Record Description On 6/23/2023 @11:45 AM there was a fire in my condo. I was not home. The fire Capt was able to call me in Atascadero. When I arrived 20 min. later I was told and could see it was a total loss. It was determined that the fire started in the kitchen, behind the stove from some sort of electrical failure, though nothing was on when I left at 11:00 AM. It was inconclusive as to the exact cause by SLO city fire, SLO city inspector(permits), Farmers Insurance, and USAA Insurance as I was told on site. I am being sued by the HOA insurance company (Farmers) for the loss at 1235, 1233, and 1237 Southwood. I need Police/Fire report #230623050 as soon as possible.
