You are being contacted because you submitted an RFQ in response to the City of San Luis Obispo’s
Request for Qualifications for On-Call Transportation Design Services, Specification No. 5009.2024.TE.
We received a response to the solicitation from thirteen well-qualified consultants and appreciate
your patience during this review period which took longer than expected.
Congratulations! Your firm was selected to provide Transportation Design on call services for the
City's Public Works Department. The City will initiate the Agreement process through DocuSign for
your review and signature. Please provide the name(s), title(s), and contact information of the
person(s) authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of your firm. Note: for corporate entities, the
City requires signatures from two individuals authorized to sign. Please review, sign and return these
to the City within ten business days along with the appropriate insurance certificates and
endorsements, a copy of your City Business Tax License and W-9 form.
