JOSEPH MASCARI, RU'BEN DERDERIAN, and WALLACE N. GUGLIEIMiELLI, as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee,
all their right, title and interest in the following described property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
In the city of San Luis Obispo, Beebee and Phillips Tract, according
to the map filed for record December, 1874 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, State of California, that portion
of Lot 10 described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 1, Block 154 of Harford Addition;
thence N 890 561 E a distance of 284.41 feet; thence S 00 241 W a
distance of 26.00 feet; thence S 89° 56, W a distance of 284.45 feet;
thence N 0° 291 E a distance of 26.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
