No manufactured homes on the Dana Street Adobe. I grew up visiting Mildred Waterman and Mary Gale
Black. I have also visited the adobe after it was unoccupied. Before and after the fireplace fell into the
main room. I am Mildred's great neice and can remember the gardens that the CITY has not kept alive. In
the grant deed. No housing. Only recreation and gardens. I am holding you to that. You allowed a
Chinese type laundrey on the back North West corner. The wallpaper in the bedroom is slowly molding.
The fireplace has not been repaired. The pink formica was added on by MG and is hideous as we ate on
the back small patio, by the BBQ. The bricks will be taken up surrounding the adobe??? What a disaster.
According, to my facts, this is a Historic Structure. Paths should be constructed to follow Stenner Creek..
As per previous decisions.
Manufactured homes need to be placed on non historic property owned by the City.
