Legal Description:Abandon existing fire service lateral at the main in the
street on the Sacramento Drive side. Connect new
onsite fire service underground for 990 Industrial Way
to 3650 Sacramento Drive's onsite fire service
underground, both to be served by the existing double
check backflow preventer at 3650 Sacramento Drive
(properties are same ownership). Public Works to
inspect applicable parts of onsite fire service
underground/connection and existing double check
backflow preventer. All work to be done per the
approved building plans, FIRE-1235-2021, and City
Standard Specifications & Engineering Standards.
Traffic and pedestrian controls per City Appendix G &
MUTCD Standards. Call the Public Works inspection
hotline at 805-781-7554 two working days prior to the
start of work and one working day prior to each
subsequent inspection. Permittee is responsible for
calling for final inspection so the permit can be closed.
