For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned owners of certain property hereinafter described,
hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo an behalf of said owners, their.
. heirs, executors, administrators and assigns as follows:
1, Pursuant to Resolution No. 50-62 of the San Luis Obispo Board of Adjustments,
granting a conditional use permit to said owners, subject to agreement by
said owners to remove the free - standing signs upon twenty (20) days' notice
by the City of San Luis Obispo of the City's intent of widening Monterey
Street, said. owners hereby covenant and agree to comply with the requirements
of said resolution by permanently removing said signs upon such notice anti
further agree that this covenant shall run with and bind the land hereinafter
described and all subsequent owns= and heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, and that this covenant runs in favor of the City of San Luis Obispo,
A, municipal corporation.
2. Said land is located in the State of California, County of San Luis Obispo,
City of San -Luis Obispo and is described as follows:
STANDARD OIL CCHPANY OF CALIFORNIA, Lot A. Block 37, C. H. Phillips Addition,
2666 Monterey Street, Assessor's No. 1- 072 -13, C -2 zone.
