DEED 01' EASMENT
JOHNSON HIGHLANDS, INCORPORATE, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF
SAT' LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of its right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Sewer line easement for offsite sewer Tract No. 212 being a
portion of the Nk of the SE4 and the RTE4 of the SW4 Sec. 36
T30S, R12E, MDM.
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 6, Block A, Tract
No. 212; thence North 72° 001 West 273.62 feet; thence North
26° 041 East 10.10 feet; thence South 72° East, 277.02 feet to
the Westerly line of said Lot 6; thence South 43' 46t West 11.10
feet to the point of beginning.
