C7MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLERK AGREEMENT (NORMAL RESIDENTIAL LOT) THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 16th day of April , 1962 by and between NEIL T. MALONEY and SHIRLEY J. MALONEY, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, herein- after called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantor shall convey 0.015 acres more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo. 2. Grantor agrees to install standard curb, gutter and sidewalk across the entire frontage of the property at the new setback line within 3 months after notice from the City to proceed. 3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City is $206.63. 4. City agrees to pay Grantor $206.63 after Grantor has installed said improvements, but not before July 1, 1962. 5.
