GRANT DEED
NEIL T. A.'D SHIRLEY J. MALONEY, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title,
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the South half of Sec. 36, in Township 30, South
Range 12 East i•lount Diablo Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the
official plat of survey of said land on file in the Bureau of Land
Management, described as follows:
Peginning at corner No. 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract recorded
September 30, 1893, in Book 1, Page 14, of the Record of Surveys;
thence South S2° 371E a distance of 1190.89 feet to a point on the
southwesterly line of Johnson Avenue thence South 72° 00' East along
said southwesterly line a distance 522.70 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence South 30° 41' West a distance of 8.70 feet to a
point thence South 72° 001 East a distance of 26.71 feet to a poi--I+,,
thence on a curve to the right tangent to the last described course
with a radius of 1457.00 feet thru an angle of 1° 53' 3211 for an are
length of 48.12 feet to a point; thence North 30° 111 East a distance
of 9.03 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of Johnson Ave.,
thence North 72° 001 West a distance of 75.00 feet to the true point
of beginning.
Containing 0.015 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
(NORMAL RESIDENTIAL LOT)
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 16th day of April , 1962
by and between NEIL T. MALONEY and SHIRLEY J. MALONEY, hereinafter called
Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, herein-
after called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey 0.015 acres more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. Grantor agrees to install standard curb, gutter and sidewalk
across the entire frontage of the property at the new setback
line within 3 months after notice from the City to proceed.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed
to the City is $206.63.
4. City agrees to pay Grantor $206.63 after Grantor has installed
said improvements, but not before July 1, 1962.
5. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street
paving and relocation of utilities.
