C O V E N A N T
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned owners of certain pro-
perty hereinafter described, hereby covenant with the City of S,an ,
Luis Obispo on behalf of said owners, their heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns as follows:
(1)
Pursuant to Resolution No. 38 -63 of the San Luis Obispo Board of
Adjustments, granting a conditional use permit to said owners, subject
to agreement by said owners to remove the free- standing s }gn upon
twenty (20) days' notice by the City of San Luis Obispo of the City's
intent of widening Monterey Street, said owners hereby covenant and
agree to comply with the requirements of said resolution by permanently
removing said sign upon such notice and further agree that this,cove-
nant shall run with and bind the land hereinafter described and. all
subsequent owners and heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
and that this covenant runs in favor of the City of'San Luis Obispo,
a municipal corporation.

Said land is located in the State of California, County of San Luis
Obispo, City of San Luis Obispo and is described as follows:
Fred Lucksinger Motors, Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 1, Central Tract,

does hereby grant the following use permit,, subject to the conditions listed below

1255 Monterey dtreet, C42 zone.
Thereby, allowing one (1) free - standing sign in a C -2 zone, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The sign shall be non - flashing and non - rotating.
2. The sign shall be erected in accordance with the plot plan submitted.
3. The applicant shall agree to remove any signs in the setback area upon twenty
(20) days' notice by said City of its intent to widen the street; This covenant
--hall. nm..with .the land above described and bind all subsequent miners thereof.
Tile granting of this use permit does not relieve the applicant or property owner from
complying with any provisions of the Municipal Code or any standards or policies adopted by
this City and any conditions applied to this use permit must be met at all times or as
stated in the resolution of approval, Any variation of such conditions or terms of this
permit or any lava or ordinance will be cause to revoke the use permit.
