Good afternoon, First off, as someone who lives off Tank Farm & Poinsettia, I frequently walk and bike in these areas with my family. I look forward to lower speeds and additional safe crossings across Tank Farm. I have a few comments and concerns about the current plans and I hope they will be addressed moving forward: 1) Bulb-out Radius: Many residents off Tank Farm utilize trailers for work, have RV's or 5th wheel trailers, boats, etc. The proposed bulb-outs appear to have radii too small for these types of vehicles. Can the school buses make these turns too? Some of these vehicles & trailers can be quite long. 2) Missing Driveway on southside of Tank Farm: It appears there is a missing driveway on page S06 of the Tank Farm plans. The office complex on the south side of Tank Farm, across from the Marigold center has two ingress/egress driveways to Tank Farm. The plans only show one. 3) Maintain 2-lanes each way on Tank Farm after Broad St.: I am pleased to see that there will be two lanes for traffic from the Marigold Center entrance to Broad street on Tank Farm. There is much congestion here in the mornings (families queuing to turn south on Broad to Los Ranchos) and in the afternoons (shopping at Von's, etc.). This must be maintained. These are my comments for now and I'd be happy to discuss further. Thank you! Brendan Clark, PE (Civil) Resident 1
