DEED OF EASE-)ENT
DONALD Q. & ESTFER T. TCLLER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS.OBISFO, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
.'An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line in a portion of Lots 23 and 24,
Yoakum Poultry Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 24, distant
thereon South 32° 29' East 58.00 feet from the most northerly corner of said
Lot 23, running thence South 32° 29' East along said northeasterly line, a
distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 57° 31' Nest along a line parallel to
the northwesterly line of said Lot 23, a distance of 284.00 feet; thence
North 32° 29' West a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 57° 31, East
along a line parallel to the northwesterly line of said Lot 23, a distance
of 284.00 feet to said point of beginning.
Containing 0.0652 acres of land more or less.
THE ur'WTTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original
condition as possible.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Deed of Easement dated June 4 , 1962 9
from Donald Q. & Esther T. Miller
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded -May 25, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
