The questions are below with staff’s response shown in italics: 1) Please provide the application materials submitted as a part of the grant process. All application materials submitted as a part of the grant process can be foun d at the following link: https://opengov.slocity.org/WebLink/DocView.aspx?id=202692. 2) Please provide the historical funding allocations for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) High Impact Grant. The DEI High Impact Grant program was first established by the City Council on November 17, 2020, and was also included in the 2021-23 Financial Plan as a part of the first DEI Major City Goal. Funding for the program has continued to be provided through subsequent budget processes. The City has allocated a total of $709,800 (including $150,000 for FY 2024 -25 to be considered by Council at the December 10, 2024 meeting) to a total of 29 non- profit organizations and 42 projects. The following table (Table 1) shows the breakdown of funding distributed per fiscal year: Table 1.
