So it basically is a homeless encampment in the middle of Dana Street that the neighbors and the
Lodge do not want.
Mildred Waterman and Mary Gayle did not give to the city for this type of development.
Who really owns the gap on the lot that was not included in the original gift to the City? Waterman
and Black heirs?
You will stumble over over me until this homeless encampment is rightfully changed to a Refurbished
Adobe, for meetings and a garden left as is and added to.
