I would request that the building be moved further towards the street and the park that they are planning be put as a “divder” between the current residential homes and the new candidate properties. Additionally, they originally put trees in their schematics behind the residential property line and the NC zone al the way down the fence line. In their current schematics, they only have trees part way down the property line. I am very opposed to a new apartment complex being put directly behind my house, but I would be open to the park. I strongly feel that this apartment complex should not be more than two stories tall due to impact of traffic that it will bare on the community streets. Also, I think that there should be mixed commercial as advertised and promised to the community, which is why I bought in the first place! I will be at the meeting tonight. -Jill 5 1*181 Te... iborhood General - 10 iborhood General - 23 iborhood General - 30 iborhood Commercial Space ulture E n Done t ♦ ti N_ 2 3 N C bft4g7@ % AG Qo va bra° s O bob so 1:181 ..a Te•.. v 8 C E of Lot 7 development Total Lot 7 . 64-77 residential units; and, 11.44-acres . 114,300 sq. ft. of commercial development v j If 1.85"acre j Affordable jL Housing Site a all ll t I I 0" P. a Done • Up to 15,000 sq. ft. of • 345-353 residential ui • Up to 15,000 sq. ft. of all "='. J y 'lam coeayteel Site Plan SAN LUIS RANCH LOT 7 Figure 2.
