the undersigned owners of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with
the City of San Luis Obispo to remove all of or any portion of said improve -
ments without cost to said City upon thirty (30) days Written notice, which the
City of San Luis Obispo may, from time to time, re2ltiest.

Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:
