REED, hereinafter called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .0029 acres, more or less, lying along Fermi ni Road. 2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk along the entire frontage of the property. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $90.65 for the land being conveyed to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
