FARRAR, herei after called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .003 acres, more or less, lying along Ferrini Road. 2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk across the entire frontage of the property. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $105.00 for the land being conveyed to the City plus $7.50 for the loss of one shrub making a total of $112.50 the City agrees to pay the Grantors upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
