Subject:New Goals for San Luis Obispo 2025

Please include neighborhood wellness for future goals of San Luis Obispo. Our neighborhoods are
deteriorating with traffic, noise, unhoused issues. Fraternity houses are known to cause noise and
distress for owners of homes. Illegal parties and activities are causing noise and distress. Out of control
building is causing an increase in air pollution and traffic. Parking and traffic are terrible even in
neighborhoods. Quality of life has decreased noticably in San Luis Obispo. While activities and growth is
necessary the rapid pace, quality and disregard for existing residence is obvious. You work for us! We pay
so much for housing, tax, rental etc. let's be inclusive to change without the complete rapid fire reaction.
You are driving many people away and causing stress and anxiety to residence especially elderly who
don't have bikes and can't easily sell homes and move.
