GRANT DEED
GEORGE MC COLLISTER and BEATRICE I. MC COLLISTER, as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. according to the Official
Plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General, November 30, 1867,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point known as J.18 on the north line of County Road No. 29,
which is also the southeast corner of Lot 4, as shown on the map attached
to the Decree of Partition entered in the Superior Court of the State of
California in and for the County of San Luis Obispo on July 25, 1893;
thence S 89° 50' W a distance of 316.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence N 0° 32' W a.distance of 22.00 feet to a point; thence S 89° 50' W
a distance of 70.00 feet to a point; thence S 0° 32' E a distance of 22.00
feet to a point; thence N 89° 50' E a distance of 70.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
Containing .035 acres, more or less.

CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed thisn;�,�day of , 1965s
by and between GEORGE MC COLLISTER and BEATRICE I. MC COLLISTER, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .035 acres, more or less, lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $1,001.00 and that in event the value of the property exceeds
the cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, the City will
pay the Grantors said excess amount at the time of executing this
agreement. Said excess amount is $546.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, grading
in excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line,
remove the fence for construction, relocate the utilities as necessary,
revise the concrete driveway as necessary, construct concrete curbing
in back of the new sidewalk as necessary and pave out the street to the
new gutter.
