BY DOCUMENT DATED August 9, 1965 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 1362, PAGE 30
OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO CERTAIN PROPERTY WHICH WAS ERRONEOUSLY DESCRIBED THEREIN AND THAT IT IS
THE DESIRE OF THE PARTIES TO CORRECT SAID DESCRIPTION AND THEREFORE BENEDICT E.
BELLEFUILLE and ROSE F. BELLEFUILLE, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot D of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map thereof filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of said County on January 25,
1889 in Book B, Page 33 of Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe set at the Southwest corner of a parcel
of land shown on map recorded August 10, 1950 in Book 5 at Page 85
of Record of Surveys; thence N 0° 50' W along the Easterly property
line of Ferrini Road, a distance of 60.76 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along the aforsaid Easterly property
line N 11° 48' W a distance of 52.70 feet to a point; thence N 57°
02' E a distance of 2.14 feet to a point; thence S 11° 48' E a distance
of 52.75 feet to a point; thence S 58° 18' W a distance of 2.12 feet
to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .0024 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of 1965,
by and between BENEDICT E. BELLEFUILLE and ROSE F. BELLEFUILLE, hereinafter called
Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City, .0024 acres, more or less,
lying along Ferrini Road.
2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk along the
entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $73.78 for the land being conveyed to
the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
