Dear city officials and planning commissioner,
I am sending this email because I am concerned that the proposed rotating safe parking pilot program
will negatively impact my neighborhood surrounding 317 Foothill Blvd. Past safe parking programs in
the area have been riddled with problems and safety issues. This new program would be better suited in
more commercial areas. Our location is surrounded by students and families and is not the best fit for a
program like this. Please take great consideration in removing the 317 Foothill location from the pilot
program. Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter.
