J. P. NEWELL and J. N. NEWELL, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, the following easement
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appur-
tenances in and across that portion of Lot 15, in Block 3 of the
Goldtree Vineyard Tract, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map recorded
September 30, 1893, in Book 1 at Page 14, Records of Surveys on
file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 15, thence N 53° 35' E
along the Line Common to Lots 14 and 15 a distance of 85.00 feet to
a point; thence S 36° 25'E a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence
S 53° 35' W a distance of 85.00 feet to a point on the Southwesterly
line of said Lot 15; thence N 36° 25' W along said line>a distance of
15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .029 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
subscribed this 5th day of May 1965.

AGREMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this !r ;L day of %�� , 19659
by and between J. P. NEWELL and J. N. NEWELL, hereinafter called Grantors, and the
city of SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City a deed of easement containing
.029 acres more or less, lying along the extension of Gerda Street.
2. City agrees to construct the following improvements:
a. Grade existing driveway at 2607 Johnson Avenue from edge of
existing street pavement to sewer lamphole alongside house.
b. Place 3" imported base material, prime coat, and one inch
of asphaltic concrete on said driveway to a width of 12 feet.
c. Pave parking area directly in front of house and garage with
one inch of asphaltic concrete.
All work to be done to City standards and under City inspection.
