IN CONSIDERATION of One Dollar receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Elton V. Tognazini and Charles N. Whitehead,
do hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to
Serafino Martinelli and The City of San Luis Obispo,
all that real property in the
State of California, described as:
PARCEL I:
County of San Luis Obispo
A strip of land 50 feet in width, being 25 feet in width on each side of the center
line thereof, which center line is described as follows:
Beginning at Station #41 of the railroad line of the party of the second part, being
the point at which said railroad line intersects the Southerly line of the lands of
the parties of the first part, which point is South 48° 25' West, distant 3329.50
feet from a post marked "Line" on the Easterly boundary of lot DD of the division
of the Los Osos and La Laguna Ranchos; which post is North 430 30' West, distant
27.80 chains from a post marked "ML1" of said division; and running thence North 420
36' West 1875.50 feet to Station 59+75.50 B.C.; thence, with a 50 curve to the left,
with a radius of 1146 feet 443.40 feet to Station 64 +18.90 B.F.; thence North 640
46' West 723.40 feet to Station 71 +42.30 B.C.; thence with a 50 curve to the right,
with axradius of 1146 feet 192.70 feet to Station 73 +35 on the Northerly line of the
land of the parties of the first part, which point is 342 feet Easterly on the division
line between the lands of the parties of the first part and the lands of J. Wilhoit from
a post marked "ML3" of the division of the Los Osos and La Laguna Ranchos.
PARCEL II:
A strip of land 50 feet in width, being 25 feet in width on each side of the center
line thereof which center line is described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the Northerly side of the County Road at Station 22 +84.32
of the railroad line of the party of the second part, which point is South 48° 30' a,
West, distant 2152 feet from a post marked "ML1 ", which post is at the Southeasterly CII
corner of lot DD of the division of the Los Osos and La Laguna Ranchos; and running G�
thence North 55° West 1160.68 feet to Station 34 +45 B.C.; thence with a 40 curve to C�
the right, with a radius of 1432 feet, 309 feet to Station 37 +54 B.F.; thence North
420 36' West 346 feet to Station #41 on the line of partition between the lands of
Henry Miller and the lands of the estate of Charles Lux, deceased.

Quitclaim Deed dated June 24 , 1966 ,
