BERESKY, hereinafter called Grantor, Cd the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantor agrees to convey to the City .013 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill Boulevard. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. City agrees to pay Grantor $1,115.30 for the property being conveyed to the City, less $330.00 for the new sidewalk, leaving $785.30 the City will pay Grantor upon execution of this agreement. The curb and gutter will be replaced at no cost to the Grantor. 4. The City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, remove existing curb, gutter, and broken up sidewalk, and pave out the street to the new gutter. ATTEST:�� CITY CLERK TIBOR A.
