CHARLES R. EASTER and ADRLE G. EASTER, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 120, of the San Luis Suburban Tract, filed for
record February 7, 1906 in Book 1 of Record of Surveys at Page 92
in the office of the county recorder, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California described as follows:
Begiming at the northwesterly corner of Lot 120; thence N 89 °38' S
a distance of 330.00 along the south property line of County Road No. 34
(Orcutt Road) to the dividing line of Lots 120 and 121; thence S 00 22' R
along the dividing line a distance of 18.00' to a point; thence S 89e 38' V
a distance of 330.00 feet to the dividing line of Lots 119 and 120; thence

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Grant Deed dated August 26 1, 19 66
from Charles R. Easter and Adele G. Easter
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this - -/ day of 1966
by and between CHARLES R. EASTER and ADELE G. EASTER, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .136 acres, more or less, lying
along Orcutt Road.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. This construction
includes three driveway ramps.
3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $1,722.60 for the land being conveyed
to the City plus $177.84 for the loss of landscaping plus $400.00 for
the loss of a trailer space, less $1,980.00 that it would have cost to
construct the improvements at the old line, leaving $320.44 to be paid
by the City to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, revise the driveways in kind to conform to
the new ramps, slope the banks in back of the new sidewalk and pave out
the street to the new gutter.
5. In the event the property is subsequently subdivided into four or more
lots within any one year period, the subdivider will be required to
reimburse the City for the cost of -the land acquired by the City
($1,722.60).
