GRANT DEED
FRANCES I. BARCELLOS, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title, and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of Santa Rosa Street
with the southerly line of Palm Street (said southerly line of Palm Street
being distant 40.00 feet southerly from the center line of Palm Street);
thence southerly along said westerly line of Santa Rosa Street a distance
of 200.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence westerly at a
right angle to Santa Rosa Street a distance of 10.00 feet; thence
southerly parallel to Santa Rosa Street a distance of 129.00 feet more
or less to the northerly line of Monterey Street; thence easterly along
the northerly line of Monterey Street a distance of 10.00 feet to the
westerly line of Santa Rosa Street; thence northerly along the westerly
line of Santa Rosa Street a distance of 129.00 feet more or less to the
True Point of Beginning.
Containing .029 acres, more or less.

accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 260 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 12th day of September 1966
by and between FRANCES I. BARCELLOS, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey to the City .029 acres, more or less
(1290 Square Feet) lying along Santa Rosa Street for the sum
of $12,900.00.
2. City agrees to remove existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway
ramps, steps and retaining walls and to replace the above mentioned
improvements at the new set back line, all at no cost to the Grantor
or lessee including necessary revisions at the service station to the
mutual satisfaction of Standard Oil Company and the City.
3. City agrees to cut off and reconstruct the house porch so that no
part of it will overhang the new sidewalk.e-t ha 0,
4. Parties agree the property taxes will be prorated from the recording
date of the Grant Deed.
5. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street
paving and relocation of utilities.
