COVENANT
The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described, hereby
covenants with the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs,
administrators, executors, successors, or assigns, that the land hereinafter
described may be included in any petition to annex to the City of San Luis Obispo,
either inhabited or uninhabited, whether said petition is initiated by the CITY
or by individual petitions, and the undersigned will take no affirmative action to
oppose or contest said annexation or to request exclusion from the boundaries of
the territory proposed to be annexed to the CITY.
This Covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, and shall be enforce-
able by said CITY against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors,
successors, or assigns.
Said property is located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and is more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 124 of the Subdivision of the San
Luis Obispo Suburban Tract according to map recorded February
72 1906 in Book 1, Page 92 of Record of Surveys, County of San
Luis Obispo, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 123 of said
Suburban Tract; thence, running North 890 38' East 612.72 feet
along the Northerly line of said Lot 123 and Lot 124, being also
along the Southerly line of a 40 foot wide County Road known as
Orcutt Road, to the True Point of Beginning; thence, continuing
from said true point of beginning North 890 East 117.60 feet along
said Northerly line of said Lot 124 to a point; thence, leaving said
line and running South 331 15' East 159.11 feet; thence, South 29°
34' 14" West 123.89 feet; thence, North 330 49' 06" West 186.35
feet; thence, North 250 17' West 93.98 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Covenant in
duplicate on the dates indicated.

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded Ny 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
