The prior ownerstbf the real property located at 1 1 19 Garclen Street, San Luis Obispo, California and described on the attached Exhibit A (the "Property") entered into that certain Seismic Retrofit Agreement dated as of June 22,2010 and recorded as Document no. 2010029999 on June 29,2010 in the Official Records of San Luis Obispo County, California (the "Agreemenf"),forthebenefitoftheCity. +rftae:f,? Lfb" Partners, LLC and ValIe Vista B. Since the Agreement was recorded, the Property has been redeveloped as a hotel, C. As a result of the redevelopment of the Property, the Agreement is no longer needed. D. City is executing this Release in order to terminate and release the Agreement of record.
