The prior ownetst'of the real property located at 1123 - 1127 Garclen Street, San Lr-ris Obispo, California and described on the attached Exhibit A (the"Property") entered into that certain Seismic Retrofit Agreement dated as of June22,2010 and recorded as Document no. 20 1 003 000 I on June 29 , 2010 in the Official Records of San Luis Obispo County, California (the "Agreemenl"),forthebenefitoftheCity. As a result of the redevelopment of the Property, the Agreement is no longer needed.
