CERTIFICATE OF SUBDIVISION COMPLIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 66499.20 3/4 of the Government
Code of the State of California, that the real properties described in the attached "Exhibit A"
and shown on “Exhibit B” have been merged together into one parcel or unit of land, and
that said real properties are not separate properties for the purpose of subdivision or
development.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said merger has been executed by the owner(s)
of record of the real properties, and not by a local agency.
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN by the person(s) whose name(s) is/are subscribed on page
2 of this instrument as the owner(s) of record of the real properties described in the attached
"Exhibit A" and shown on “Exhibit B”.
