absolute. The name of the lessee, purchaser under contract, or other person or entity causing
the work of improvement to be performed is Garden Street SLO Partners, L.P.
THE undersigned hereby gives notice that the City of San Luis Obispo will not be
responsible for any clairns arising from the work of improvement.
