CALIFORNIA 98401 (808) 849 -8666 AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, executed this � day of , 1967, by and between MARY HULDA WASHBURN, hereinafter call "Grantor, " and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called "City;" WITNESSETH: 1. Grantor shall convey to City .007 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to City. 3. City agrees to pay Grantor Two Hundred Ninety -four and No /100 Dollars ($294.00) for the property being conveyed to City, plus Twenty -one and 13/100 Dollars ($21.13) for landscape replacement, less One Hundred Sixty-one and 70/100 Dollars ($161.70) it would have cost to construct the sidewalk at the old line, leaving One Hundred Fifty -two and 43/100 Dollars ($152.43) to be paid to Grantor upon execution of this Agreement. 4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocate utilities, yard light and mail box, revise yard sprinklers, construct a solid, reinforced concrete retaining wall across the frontage of the property, construct steps from the sidewalk up to the front yard, and pave out the street to the new gutter.
