Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Hi all, Thanks for giving everyone a chance to review this. I hope you have received some worthwhile feedback. I have a few questions/comments, 1) Did HCD respond to your October letter? It seems like their approval of your proposed changes would be pretty relevant. 2) What is the status of JADU's requiring owner occupancy? I have heard this is not legal and I know that it is very difficult to enforce. I also see that "Except as required by state law" was added to the section about this. 3) It is still not very clear to me what is allowed in terms of attached ADU's and JADU's (Specially on sites with multiple SFR's.) Are you guys planning on rolling out any sort of webpage or cheat sheet/FAQ to explain this better? I know a lot of other municipalities have and it seems like it would help reduce the amount of time staff spends explaining this stuff.
