FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
GERALDINE' T. HOUSER, who acquired title to the hereinafter described property as
GERALDINE T. PARSONS
hereby GRANT(S) to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, rights of ingress
thereto and egress therefrom, together with easements to construct, maintain, operate, patrol,
reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase and/or change the number and/or size of pipes,
pipelines, hydrants, accessories and appurtenances, for the 'conveyance and distribution of water
under, along and upon that certain parcel of land situate in Section 27, Township 30, Range 12 East,
Mount Diablo Meridian, San Luis Obispo County, State of California, described in that certain Deed
recorded in Volume 481, Page 37 of.Official Records, County of San Luis Obispo, and more particu-
larly that portion hereinafter described as follows and shownion the attached sheet marked Exhibit
"A, " which said Exhibit is expressly referred to and incorporated herein as though here fully set
forth.
A ten foot (10) wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described subsequent to the True
Point of Begin, as follows:
Commencing at Post H10 on the Westerly jbibi of North Broad (Street; thence, South.880 28' West
664.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence, South OD 08' East 389.10 feet more or less to
a point in the Northerly line of Serrano Drive, being the end of the herein described Line.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 5th day of July 1967,
by and between GERALDINE T. HOUSER, who acquired title to the hereinafter
property as GERALDINE T. PARSONS, hereinafter called "Grantor, " and the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called "City:"
WITNESSETH:
1. Grantor hereby agrees to grant to City, in the form of an appropriate
Deed of Easement over Assessor's Parcel Number 52- 161 -07, said parcel being more
particularly described in that certain Deed recorded in Volume 481, Page 37 of Official
Records, County of San Luis Obispo, rights of ingress to and egress from certain
hereinafter described real property, together with the right to construct, maintain,
operate, patrol, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase and /or change the
number and /or size of pipes, pipelines, hydrants, accessories and appurtenances
for the conveyance and distribution of water under, along and upon the aforementioned
Parcel 52- 161 -07, situate in Section 27, Township 30, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo
Meridian, San Luis Obispo County, State of California.
2. The legal description of the special use area to be described in the ease-
ment which is the subject of this Agreement as the same will appear in the Deed of
Easement to be executed by Grantor is as follows:
A ten foot (10) wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described
subsequent to the True Point of Beginning, as follows:
Commencing at Post H10 on the Westerly line of North Broad Street;
thence, South 880 28' West 664.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence, South 00 08' East 389.10 feet more or less to a point in the
Northerly line of Serrano Drive, being the end of the herein described
line.
3. The location of the real property described in Paragraph 2 hereof is more
fully shown on Exhibit "A ", a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
4. In consideration of the rights, privileges and easements being conveyed
by Grantor, City agrees to pay the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) upon
receipt of a duly acknowledged and fully executed Deed of Easement describing the
above designated parcel in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
5. The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and bind the heirs,
successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
