AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of 19673,
by and between FRED L. SHAFFER and PAULINE B. SHAFFER, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .014 acres, more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue,
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City, when construction
money is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $362.40 for the land conveyed to the
City less $548.00 it would have cost to construct the sidewalk,
curb and gutter at the old line, leaving $185.60 to be paid by the
Grantors to the City within 30 days after completion of the improve -
ments set forth in paragraph 2.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
relocate utilities as necessary, slope the bank behind the sidewalk
and along the driveway, revise the driveway in kind and pave out
the street to the new gutter.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE & TRUST
COMPANY, a California Corporation, the Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
STARLIN ALLEN and LAM J. ALLEN
dated October 8, 1965 and recorded October 11 1965
in Book 1370 , page 158 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Luis Obispo County, California, has been duly requested and directed in the manner pro-
vided by said Deed of Trust to reconvey, without warranty, all right, title and interest now held by said
Trustee under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust, in and,to that portion of the real property covered by
said Deed of Trust hereinafter particularly described;
NOW, THEREFORE, in compliance with said request and direction and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Trustee, does hereby RECONVEY to the PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, but without
warranty, all right, title and interest now held by said First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Trustee, under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust, in and to that certain property situated in the County
of San Luis Obispo , State of California, particularly described as follows, to-wit:

The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said First American
Title Insurance & Trust Company, Trustee, under the terms thereof and this reconveyance shall not affect the
personal liability of any person or the corporate liability of any corporation for the payment of the indebted-
ness mentioned as secured thereby or the unpaid portion thereof, nor shall it affect any rights or obligations
of any of the parties to said Deed of Trust.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Trustee, has caused its cor-
porate name and seal to be hereto affixed by its Assistant Secretary, thereunto duly authorized this 8th
day of August , 19 67 .
